Lesson Cancellations - All lessons:

A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to cancel a lesson otherwise the pupil will be liable for the full tuition fee.

Taster Offer

Block Bookings

Must be paid in FULL upfront, before the course of lessons begins
Block lessons must be used within 3 months of purchase, or they are non-refundable
Please be aware that it's your responsibility to ensure you attend ALL lessons purchased in blocks - lesson hours unattended will be lost

Intensive Course

Initial 2-hour trial required to determine suitability for the course
Intensive course payment must be paid in FULL upfront.
The intensive course doesn't include the Driving Test.
Your 30 hours can be spread across 5 weeks. But MUST be completed within 8 weeks. After this time, any remaining hours are lost and can't be claimed.

Please be aware that it's the pupil's responsibility to attend ALL lessons purchased (whether in blocks or not) - unattended lessons will be lost.

Licence Information and Check Code

MUST be completed the day before the first lesson or pupil is liable for the lesson fee*.
*When a pupil is unable to do a lesson but doesn't notify the Instructor, it's not possible to give the lesson to another pupil, because it's too late. Therefore, the instructor loses earnings for the time booked by the pupil.

Driving Test

Own The Road Driving School has the final say on whether a pupil is ready to take the driving test or not, and whether the driving school car can be used for the driving test.
When pupils are in charge of the car on the driving test - they are responsible for any tickets / fines / charges that occur.
